Who is Beaufort Research?
Beaufort Research is a market and social research business providing a range of quantitative and qualitative research services to customers in both the private and public sectors.
What details do we collect and how do we use them?
We will be collecting information purely for research purposes. Research findings will be reported among aggregated groups (e.g. sector), so your answers to questions will not be personally identifiable.
Any contact details we collect such as your name, telephone number and name of the organisation you work for will be used only to contact you about the possibility of a follow-up study should you consent to this.
Who can access your details?
All details are stored securely on our servers and can only be accessed by Beaufort staff involved in research projects. Your details are not shared with any other organisation unless you provide your express consent for this to happen.
Your rights
Any personally identifiable details will be held for a maximum of 3 months after the end of the project but if you wish these to be removed from our systems at any time, you can email dataprotection@beaufortresearch.co.uk informing us of this. In addition you have the right to:
• Access any data we hold on you.
• Rectify any inaccuracies in data we hold on you.
• Limit any processing on data we hold on you.
